Workshops

Our workshops are always based in-person and in nature, but are adaptable for a remote experience. Most workshops are half-day, but can be customized for full day or multi day experiences. We offer workshops from our home base around Southern Oregon and regularly travel to the Bay Area, Portland, and beyond.

  • Digital Detox

Disconnect from the digital world and reconnect to the natural world. We spend upwards of 11 hours per day on our devices and 80% of us have sreen apnea, meaning we don't take full breaths when looking at the screen. Participants will learn techniques to apply to daily life. The workshop ends with an integrative tea ceremony and council. Participants will come away feeling more connected to the themselves, their coworkers, and the world around them.

  • Vision Development

Throughout time, people have turned toward Nature to ask for and, if they are lucky, receive visions. Participants will learn deepen their relationship with the Earth and learn how to receive vision. We will integrate visions as a group and come away with clear direction for both personal and work lives.

  • Cacao & Medicine Walk

It is through our heart that we communicate, connect and deeply experience Nature. Cacao contains a range of compounds that enhance this heart-opening experience, including theobromine, which can stimulate the heart and promote feelings of euphoria, and tryptophan, which is a precursor to serotonin, the "feel-good" neurotransmitter. After drinking cacao, participants will cross a threshold to go on a medicine walk on the land and return with medicine stories to share.

  • Wilderness Renewal

If you're dealing with burnout, a wilderness renewal experience will rekindle a spark for employees and teams. Through various hands-on, nature-based activities, like tree climbing, creek plunging, natural dye, and herbal medicine crafting, participants will learn, receive insghts, and return to their true nature.
